Shipping
- Within the Netherlands: Free shipping from €75. For orders under €75, the shipping costs are €6.95.

- Within Belgium: Free shipping from €75. For orders under €75, the shipping costs are €13.90.

Returns
You have 14 days to review and return your order. The item must be complete, unused and in the original packaging. This also applies to promotional items. Shipping costs will be deducted for a complete return.

Please include a copy of your proof of purchase or order number in the package. Do you have multiple packages without a return slip? Then add your name, address and customer number.

If you have paid in advance with iDEAL, we will refund the credit to your account within a few days. Credits from vouchers will not be paid out.

 

Exchange
Exchanging for a different size or color counts as a new order. Return the original item and place a new order. Shipping costs will be charged for this new order.

Is the item damaged or incorrectly delivered? Then the costs for exchange will of course be borne by us.
